The setting is beautiful and the whole concept of Anurak is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for that, you won't be disappointed. You are basically eating breakfast in the middle of the rainforest. We had expected the beauty of the setting but we had not expected such wonderful service which went "above and beyond" - several calls when we were on our way to the property to make sure that we were fed on arrival even with a late check in. The kitchen staff even stayed late. A special thank you to Kh. Lekky for his superb service and to everyone at the property for going out of their way to accommodate us and our dog. I have already recommended this place to a friend who has booked a stay later this month.

Cannot recommend this place enough - it's in a beautiful setting, a unique and memorable lodge with lovely rooms, great food and plenty of wildlife watching from your own balcony! The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served with a stunning jungle view (recommend the southern style pad Thai, massaman and pork congee). The highlight however really is the wonderful staff. I was unwell (started before I arrived) and they were so sweet, bringing me homemade ginger, honey & lemon tea, fresh fruit and specially made soups and checking on us daily. Aside from this they were very informative, friendly and helpful. I really can't praise them enough!

They planned several activities and tours with us, e.g. a day trip by long tail boat in Khao Sok national park. After our activities we enjoyed ice cold beer at the hotel bar with a stunning view over the jungle. Thank you for the great time. We would highly recommend.

The activities were very good and well organised, the elephant was well done for the resource they had, the lake trip was good but the people who did not go on the hike felt a bit let down by the floating hotel they were left at. The staff were eager to help and service was good Its located in a nice natural environment

No nuisance of animals in the room and there was a mosquito net anyway). Freshly made breakfast was nice. Friendly staff.
